Play as much as you like, use the API and MCP from your own code, and stay under the limits.

Using the site

tictactoe.fun is free, and there's no account to make. You can play the games, call the API and connect the MCP endpoint from your own code or your own AI assistant.

Be fair to the server

Everyone shares the API and the MCP endpoint, and API & MCP says how the server keeps them usable for all. Don't try to overload them, and don't use the site to attack it or anybody else. The site can block anyone who does.

No warranty

The site, the API and the MCP endpoint are provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. The site can be down, slow or wrong. Each game's page says how its computer picks a move, and on Connect Four and Ultimate it's strong, not perfect. As far as the law allows, whoever runs the site isn't liable for anything that comes from using it.

The code

The site and its code belong to Fresh Codes LLC, and all rights are reserved. You're welcome to call the API and the MCP endpoint, but the code behind them isn't open source. The typeface and a few parts of the game engine come from other projects, under their own licences.

Changes

The games, their rules, the limits and these terms can change. The API under /api/v1 keeps the shape its contract describes, and a change that would break a client comes as a new version. When these terms change, the date below moves.
